BEST OPTION for affordable professional service. I would def recommend this for any car owners in uni. Especially when pricing and affordability is crucial. This is my new go to service for any issues with my car. This is by far the best auto mechanic I’ve used in the last 5 years that I moved here from the states. I live almost 40 min away and still prefer to go out of my way to get my car issues resolved by these guys. They’re very professional, their services and pricing are very transparent. They were able to fix issues with my engine and front bumper within a few days when 4 other garages turned me away blatantly. Plus this place looks like the garages in all the need for speed games I grew up playing! I0/10 stars

One of the few places that were willing to take my car for a full log book service on short notice, just after the new year shutdown period. The owner and the mechanics are very professional and I had multiple phone calls to discuss issues with the car. Would recommend their services and will be returning to them for future work on my Ford Focus.

Please think twice before going to this dealership.We bought a car from this dealership. After about 2 weeks, the gearbox didn't work well and caused problem. We went to this dealership and asked the guy who sold this car to me to repair it free of charge because I believed that this car had a faulty gearbox from the beginning. But the guy refused to do that, and he said he is not going to cover the fee for the part and that only installation is free of charge. I called Fair Trading and they told me that this car should be either repaired, replaced, or refunded. The guy knew all these things but played with us since we were new in Australia and he thought that he could charge us since we were not familiar with Australian consumer law. Just after receiving our email saying that, based on this law, you have to do something for this faulty car, he suddenly changed his mind and said, OK, I WILL REPAIR IT FREE for you. What made him take that decision?! ONLY FAIR TRADING NOT ME AS HIS CUSTOMER. And now, after 2 months, we can have our car. During these 2 months, he was not clear with us, he did not meet his own deadlines, and he always brought a new issue that he didn't mention before. If you want to fight for your rights as a customer, go to this dealership. I would never ever go back to this dealership again in the future.

I had an issue with my car and looked for a reliable car mechanic in google near my working place. Luckily i got this place. I met Rokon and Victor, these people are the best. It took them couple of minutes to figure out what’s wrong and fixed it straightway. From that day, I have become a loyal customer to them. Any issues with my car i go to them.

I have gone to extra care autos multiple times this year as I have quite an old car - they have provided me the best service and fixed every problem without fail. They then explain the repair process to me, and it has been an absolutely lovely experience each time :)

This place deserves more credit .The place is clean and well organised .Credit to the man who runs the place named Rocon. The mechanic named Nomi is trustworthy who is very helpful and will do his best to fix your car with care and diligent . Reasonable and fair price. Keep up the the good work and stay helpful and honest. Happy customer.

I tried this place for the first time for a pink slip and service. Quoted me $600 after checking over my car, then they Proceeded to call me every half an hour adding more charges to it. Total ended up being over $1400. Then to find out once I go pick it up that the part didn’t need to be replaced/solve the “issue”. My cars tire pressure is also 32psi but they put 38psi in my tires and after 3 weeks had my steering lights pop up on my car.. the issue- too much psi, once it was corrected it went away! Extremely dodgy and just after $ and for you to come back for more “issues” that they created.
