These guys are fabulous!! I live in Canada with very uncommon trucks. Whenever i need to find a part these guys not only have it but help me make sure its the right one before i invest in the international shipping. Great prices to go along with it never hurts!

Honestly by far the rudest people I've ever encountered as a customer (and no I'm not one of these easily offended Karens or whatever).They've messed me around, sent wrong parts and then double charged for delivery when eventually sending me the correct part, and literally hung up the phone on me several times over the years.I now actively go out of my way to never give them business even if they are the only ones with my part.No idea why they are so angry and rude... anyway I can see from all the other bad reviews they'll be losing a heck of a lot of business, it always comes back to bite ya!

I pretest 4&get 1free air filters for Honda 2.2 SUV .Half price to Rico .you take a risk of getting what you pay for .1 had a damaged rubber gasket which I replaced with the old one, also a better tighter fit .So I will be using the original on the other 4 in time seeing it neater fit. I could get away with what is supplied. Happy I can make it work. Delivery was good.

Was sent a faulty part. Their response was they have a faulty seal on that part, great send out faulty parts. 2 mechanics have checked it and it’s not the seal but the part itself. Disgusting rude unhelpful response as they advised me to buy another one whilst waiting for warranty. My business is delayed by this. They have admitted to sending me a faulty unit however expect me to do all the work to fix their mistake. I was hung up on repeated times. Do not deal with this company.

Poor communication, no customer service and dishonest. Stay away.I order a part that shows online as in stock.Received email saying it’s not and it will take longer. Purchase will not go ahead if I don’t confirm.I said I still want it and ask about quicker express shipping.No response for a few days until I emailed again to ask for a cancellation seeing they didn’t come back to me.Straight way they reply order is coming.I ask for it to be redirected to a different address.Again no rely.No surprise that days later when the product arrive it was sent to the wrong address

Worst customer service on phone first thing Monday morning from staff & boss - very rude & argumentative. Willing to sell me a part that needs modification but won't tell me how & apparently too busy to take a photo so I can make an informed decision as to whether it is suitable. Told even if it was wrong I couldn't return it.
