Our electric awning seized up on us & when we were near Maryborough we called Wide Bay, told them our issue & was asked to bring it in on Saturday for measuring & talked about different fixing scenarios. Received a call on the Tuesday they have a reco motor for the awning & they arranged for us to bring it in 1st thing on the Thursday we arrived in Maryborough. 1 1/2 hour later all fixed. They service, workmanship, communication with us was 1st class. I would recommend this company to anyone who is coming this way. Thanks Steve & Esther.

Friendly staff, clean and handily situated but pricey IMHO for pretty basic facilities and a crowded site beside the highway. Pub across the road has good meals.

We needed help and these guys stepped up to the mark. Friendly efficient and really went out of their way. On top of that the work completed to a high standard and considering this was unplanned work for them, within a good time frame.

First time with these people, fitted a new aircon and roof leak repair. I have only used Jayco in the past and I found WBC to be above and beyond the experience I had with Jayco, service, communication, workmanship and pricing, thanks wide bay caravans you have won me over.
