Outstanding service from the team at Choices Flooring at Cannon Hill. Owner & Sales Manger Geoff Tate was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Salesman Peter was friendly and helpful as well. They delivered on time, in budget, with a great, friendly and reliable installation crew (thank you to Michael & Tim at Metro Floors). Great customer service from a family owned, local business. What could be better? Will definitely be back for any future flooring needs. Thanks again!

We required two rooms of carpet in a hurry, although it was the Chrissy period, yes the Cannon Hill shop was busy, however when it was our turn to be served, the service was great, Geoff listened and allowed us to take some samples and once we decided on the coverings, the process from there was seamless.Installer was on time, neat and courteous and has done a great job.Thanks team, really appreciate a fellow business that also understands customer service and professionalism.Matthew

I recently had my master bedroom carpeted by Choices Flooring Cannon Hill and I couldn't be happier. Anthony was very helpful during the selection process, and Niko did a fantastic job of laying the carpet, it looks beautiful.

I told them I was not in a rush. I gave them 2 dates that were suitable. They chose the date. They engaged the contractor to remove the carpet and level the floor. The contractor ripped up all the carpet and then I was told they had no one to level the floor and no plan for the next stage. I was left with no flooring and no plan as to when I would get the flooring. When I went to see Choices I was told that's contractors for you". They took no responsibility for the project and were actually rude that I was not happy with my situation. All I could do was get a refund (thankfully!) but I am left with concrete floors and now I have to start from scratch. I am still in shock that they can leave you with no floor coverings and no plan to fix it. It's absolutely appalling. buyer beware. I would look elsewhere."

My immediate experience with Choices Flooring has given me confidence that I will be extremely happy with the end result.Peter , who assisted me in choosing the perfect carpet , was able to measure the floor areas in 3 days and sent the Quote on the same day. The installation date was also provided. another company had given me a measurement date of over 6 weeks.I asked for a moth-proof carpet and chose an artificial fibre called Triexta that is the equivalent of top level wool. The colour range was good and it is a soft plush carpet with a 25 yr warranty. I highly recommend this company.I have had unexpected delays and wish to thank Choices for their patience in not yet completing the job. I know it will be laid as soon as possible after external work is completed.

The job was done well but seems unfinished. Cardboard boxes and rubbish were left in the house next to the new flooring. I've even found blades on the window seal. No transition strips between bathrooms and new flooring.(When asked, Geoff basically said that we could do it ourselves)The job has been done well but I wish Geoff actually had come to have a look at it at the end. If he's the only one who can return your call, (had to call 4 times to reschedule installation I had already paid half of, and every time was told by a lovely man that Geoff would call me back but he never did) you'd expect him to come and check the work at the end. Especially for someone who kept talking about how superior a service he would offer.I even spoke to a lovely lady about were the keys to the house were only for Geoff to call my husband the next day to ask the very same question.

Received outstanding service from the staffs, had to replace few carpets at my Springfield property. They listened my need and suggested me few options to choose from. They also helped me choosing a experienced person to finish the job. Highly recommend this store for any of your flooring need.

We had the best service and delivery from Peter and the team. I can't recommend them highly enough. From the quote to the instillation the experience was seamless. Our build was delayed and these guys were the best to deal with. The product is fantastic and I found it to be great value for money. Product knowledge was brilliant.Will definately use again
