Ben was excellent, competitively priced and flexible around my schedule. He accommodated for weather, and other delays, and came back multiple times for no extra charge. Great product knowledge and the end result is a cleanly wired set-up, securely bolted down with great acoustics, tailored to the car and my requirements.Will definitely be using him again!

I recently bought a VW Touareg, I wanted Apple CarPlay - only available in the newer models. Standard stereo head unit can't be replaced as it controls other vehicle functions. I looked at other devices on e-bay etc... but reviews were mixed, poor quality (damage to vehicles other functions) and functionality limited (eg. steering wheel controls don't work)Luckily I contacted Ben who does after-market CarPlay installations. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and responsive. Ben was aware of some of the inferior products, he uses a UK device and is confident of its quality.I'm always nervous when getting after-market work done as damage can occur if people are not familiar with the vehicle, and this work required removal of head unit & centre console.Ben's work was exceptional and of the highest standard, the device works perfectly, seamlessly integrated (every other function still works as normal - just double press Nav button for CarPlay) and I can use the steering wheel controls with CarPlay. Best of all it works wirelessly which isn't available in most new cars.If you want CarPlay and a professional installation, go straight to Ben, you won't regret it!!!
