The lovely ladies at Doncaster kikki.k have gone beyond exceptional service. I had ordered a notepad with a monogram name and upon pickup they had put together a surprise pack for my toddler with a “Batman” notepad they had created based on a hat he was wearing when we were in store along with a puzzle. So thoughtful and generous!

Buying Mother’s Day present and having such a worst experience due to the lady shop assistant is not helpful, rude and worst part; refused to wrap a gift.Very rude shop assistant that work on Saturday.

I was really happy with the service I received here, considering I had an unsettled baby in tow the woman who helped me was not phased and managed to give me all the options and find exactly what I was looking for. The layout of the store is great and although kikki K is usually quite pricey it is well worth it especially when you can get a great deal on sale.
