I woke up feeling really dizzy, searching for a physio available, I found Liza. She was great, I left feeling myself again. She check all points to see why I was feeling so dizzy, It turned out to be my neck, she did some spot on massage that improved my day, and since then I been feeling great. She gave me some useful tips and exercises. I highly recommend her, she is professional, efficient and affordable.

I highly recommend Liza to get you back on track! I had a sport related injury and Liza was able to get me back playing soccer sooner then expected.Liza showed a great interest in my recovery with constant communication and guidance to stay on track!Liza’s Physio practice is home based, which creates a very personalised environment.
