Drycleaned a white silk blouse and it came back with yellow marks all over it. Terrible customer service. Do not use.

Avoid at all costs! Incompetent staff who will completely destroy your clothes and give them back dirty. You couldn’t even pay me to go back here. I would give 0 stars if possible.

A great local option for dry cleaning. Very friendly staff with prompt service where you can pick up same day at 3 p.m. The price is all so much cheaper than competitors in the area with suits for $25 dry cleaned.

I used these guys some months ago . I had a liverpool fc tracksuit jacket that had been stained for almost a year on the cream coloured sleeve, I was going to throw it away as the stain was quite big. I took it here and it came back as new , stain completely gone.I didn't think they'd have a chance.Very happy customer.

Every time I put items in for dry cleaning, the items are very clean and neat, the price is very good and the customer service is excellent.

BAD experience, my expensive coat came back with the fur hood ruined badly. Called and asked if they can fix it, a guy called Wayne asked me to leave the coat at the newsagent place where we dropped it off and he will pick it up and inspect. He wasn't even friendly and kept saying there's no way they would ruin it. After few days they still hadn't gotten back to me so I followed up and called. The partner said she's not sure but will ask Wayne, and yet never return my call. Waited for a week and I called back, again the partner talked to me, saying she was informed that I took the coat to a gentleman called Gavin, the supposedly master of dry cleaning in Perth. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE MY COAT WAS!!! and NO ONE ever called me asking me to go see Gavin. And why should I be the one bringing my coat to consult with Gavin?? I believe it was their job to go and do that, not mine. Wayne's partner told me she would call me, but never did. I happened to pass by the newsagent and saw my coat was hanging there, so I picked it up but my husband and I decided not to see this Gavin guy, as we all probably know they wouldn't admit or compensate us. We read a lot of bad reviews everywhere about this place so beware peeps!!

Quick and friendly

I took in a very expensive blouse/shirt that had been a victim to red wine. I told them I was fifo and that I would be back in a week or so for it. With changing swings and Christmas I had completely forgot about it until I was driving past it. When I got there, they had asked me it had taken me so long to collect it, in my mind I thought, you had my number, you could've also called me. When I received my blouse the feeling of it was completely wrong, like they had sprayed it with so much starch it had lost its flowiness and beautiful feel to it. They told me they couldn't get it all out with there still being marks on it on the front and on the sleeve cuffs. They said it was too hard to get out and their solution was to go to an alterters and have new cuffs sewed on.I ended up coming home, using napi San and preen, soaking it twice and washing it twice and it coming out and feeling a lot better than the job they did.To be honest, I liked old management better, think I need to find myself a new dry cleaners

Not open on a Saturday as stated here, and on their front door. No notice why they may be closed. Phone just rings out.
