Tom is the real deal, his customer service and professionalism when it comes to building inspections is exceptional.We were referred to him on a Sunday and thought we will call him on Monday. Our details were also passed onto him on Sunday and shortly after receiving our details he called us and discussed our issue. He gave us some critical advice over the phone which we followed and it uncovered a burst pipe in our Neighbours yard that was causing our slab to be damp. We were able to rectify the issue between us and the Neighbour and saved thousands of dollars all thanks to Tom's advice over the phone.Many people don't know that the building inspection industry is not currently regulated.
