I bought a house from Mark, the principle, 6 months ago. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale.I contacted him 6 months after the sale asking him to contact the seller for some details on the house. Mark came back with the details within a couple of days. That's what I call 5 star service.

It has been 7 months since we have moved out of the rental property and Janet still hasn't paid our bond yet! I have emailed many many times and she replies weeks later between each email! I tried calling her and I was only lucky a handful of times because she doesn't pick up the phone. Last phone call she said ' I was about to reply to your email' and replied TWO WEEKS LATER! Guess what...still no response from her! She has been terrible with her role and responsibility in keeping up with the needs of our rental property so we just contacted our home owner because she took forever! She was so rude when she came in for the inspection of the house and she still hasn't replied! If you are a home owner, I suggest you don't go with this agency because you will be wasting your money!

It was a wonderful and full filling experience with Mark selling our house. Mark came across genuine and wanted us to get the best price which he did without being pushy as he has a calming nature but don't let that fool you as he is very professional and always puts the client first and it was a pleasure doing business with Mark.
