Best waxing experience - quick and painless. Very clean and lovely staff. I got some of their oils and scrubs and love them too. Will be making this my go to from now on!

Dear Pretty Kitty Owner,Oh yes you've received another complaint about your lack of flexibility with booking a particular specialis/st. Same with the other review here, I was made to feel I was the problem. I was pregnant at that time so understandably sensitive to wax but had no problems when rostered with a capable specialist who actually care. In the lead up to me giving birth, I was unlucky to be rostered with a specialist who was abrupt and disnt care at all! Have been going to pretty kitty regularly until then. Stopped as I don't want to pay big bucks for a painful wax. If you're not going to be flexible then at least train your staff!

Had 4 waxes done here, the studio is clean and very pretty. Deanna is fast and hygienic during her procedures. The prices are high for what you get. I always have hairs left behind and after the second time found myself at home waxing hairs she should have removed herself. After going elsewhere and coming out completely bald I knew she’d done a sloppy job. Sells nice after care products and you’re never left waiting at appointments but she needs her eyes checked because so much hair gets missed. Disappointed.

Two waxers are great in there Dee and Pia if you're able to be fortune to be booked with one of them. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't request the same waxer because they should all do the same job" well they don't and I would be surprised if many women are ok having many different waxers. Most people will stick to the same hair dresser and beauticians ect. One day I had shown the waxer she'd missed a spot

A true pearl! Inside the boutique lives up to its name with sparkling glitter walls and the service is the best I’ve ever received. Also, the sweet popcorn scented oil after the wax really was the icing on the cake. Thank you

Staff were very friendly and inviting.I had vouchers for the infra-red sauna which was a little crowded due to the deal requiring 3 people at a time in there but normally you get the sauna to yourself.Would check it out if I still lived nearby.

That is absolutely my fault and for that I apologise again.What I was dissatisfied with, was your approach and attitude to this. I felt you were rather abrupt and short in your communication with me upon arrival.You informed me that you had ‘turned everything off’ as I was late and that you had a very strict ‘late policy’, which I do believe is very important.I certainly cancelled my rebooked appointment, as I was disappointed with your interaction with me.I was very fortunate to have found another salon which was more than happy to accommodate me that same day.Once again, I acknowledge my tardiness, however won’t accept your communication with me during this interaction.

I was offered a special deal and I accepted the offer. I was told to come in the next day because no appointments were available. Then I was charged full price after the service was carried out because apparently the offer was for one day only. They lure you in on the pretence of a special deal and then conviently move your appointment to the day outside of the offer day so you can be charged full price. The whole thing is just a scam. I have been a loyal customer of Pretty Kitty’s up until that point. Appalling customer service. I do not recommend. There are much better ooerators out there!

My partner tried to re-shedule her evening appointment several times first thing in a morning, as she had to go for a last minute maternity appointment but nobody answered the phone. When somebody finally responded they said no sorry can't re-shedule and took the money. Terrible business idea you now lost a customer.If you are pregnant or have kids and require a little flexibility this is not the place to use .
