Great attention is taken to ensure you are getting the best treatment possible and they listen to what you are telling them about your injury. Physiotherapy and dry needling has worked well for me.They have a great range of options for recovery and fitness available to you with class with instructors and there is something for everyoneGym with a exercise program you can do on your own.Hydro with your physio or on your own with a program.Staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Bruce is among the best Physiotherapist’s I’ve seen. I had a major spinal injury 27 years ago that needs ongoing maintenance and he is one of the very few physiotherapists Ive seen that I trust. I see him regularly and Highly recommend!
