We brought a pergola kit and the service we received was absolutely amazing. we have come back to get a few extras as we are building a screen to place on the pergola. Really good customer service received from quoting through to loading up the trailer.Staff are friendly, know their stuff and helpful.Store is pretty busy on a Saturday, so keep that in mind.

After shopping around and looking at alternatives like Stratco and other Pergola buildings companies I met Dan from Softwoods.Not only did Dan quote a great price and value for money, his ability to listen to my needs and come up with solutions at every point of the process was second to none!The workmanship was amazing, the process was seamless and no change in plan ever bothered Dan. Ordered timber fordelivery. Quality was awful. Called store and basically they couldn't care. They did replace but sales guy was dismissive and not interested. A bad customer experience.

From my first contact with Michael at Softwoods Modbury I knew I had made the right choice. I wanted a lattice trellis to provide privacy from my neighbours and after looking at other options had the good fortune to come into the Softwoods office in Modbury. Michael assisted me and listened to my needs and by the time I arrived home I had received a plan and quote which was within my budget and in fact provided a much better quality item than I had previously thought affordable. Michael also arranged for a fantastic team, lead by Kurt to build my screen. On the appointed day builder Kurt and his assistant Luke arrived early, the materials were delivered without any problems and within 5 hours I had not only the required privacy but an amazingly beautiful feature in my garden. I could not be happier with the service provided from inception through to completion.
