Once again Liina (Hurrell) and staff know their customers wants and needs and go beyond expectations....I sought a leopard type frames and Liina produced them.....I've had them for awhile now and couldn't be happier.....thank you for great quality service at Specsavers...

Liina, Mark & Michelle are just magnificent at the optometry but also the care for customers - I recently required some specific tests and they performed them with care and compassion along with following up when Liina saw me on the street. I have had glasses not fit or feel right and it was rectified and whole new frames arranged. I have been using Specsavers for over 10 years - accepting the health fund and maximising your benefits so you have less out of pocket.

Fantastic customer service. Professionals thru and thru without pushing their products. Optometrist was very pleasant and seemed to know his job inside and out.The whole thing took 30 or 40 minutes and I walked out with great pairs of glasses. They will be my first visit when I need to repurchase glasses again.
