One of our favourite restaurants in Perth, Western Australia. My 3-year old daughter loves this place. She loves to eat their food. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Despite the long queue we've waited as the turn over of vacant table are fast which meant people are really sensitive not to take long to eat their food and when finished to go. The price is not expensive especially if you are eating in a group of people. You can also get discounts if you follow then in their fb and instagram page.

Had the super spicy ma la. Great taste, good value. Queue was 15mins on Saturday around 1pm.They will provide coriander when they cook so don't need to take any at the self selection shelves.Personally like this more than the other place we've been usually going to at Victoria Park, comparatively this is better value.

I am not usually a fan of hotpot as usually it’s too spicy or I don’t like cooking in the middle of a big boiling pot of soup.But this is different as you weigh and pay and then they cook it all for you. So all you need to do after you choose from the ever ready selection of different meats, proteins, vegetables, noodles, seafood, tofus, etc, etc, is the soup base and enjoy your creation.The ingredients are fresh, with quite a bit of different variety from duck blood to half shell scallops. It really is yummy, fuss free and convenient food.Pure genius!! Please be aware not to over fill your bowl with too much fillings as our 2x bowls weighed 1.3kg and 1.5kg. In the end they were put into 4x bowls when it came out to us. 4 people could only finish the 2x bowls so the rest we managed to takeaway so we get to eat it at home tomorrow. Yeah!!!

Happy to add this restaurant as one of the top 3 hot pot spots in Perth. I usually go to normal hotpot restaurants, but this one is inside the mall. Very efficient, clean, no language barrier, fast paced and no hassle. The price range is similar to other hot pot places. We have to queue, but it's still not too long to get in. Taste wise is great too! They keep their ingredients fresh and filled properly.

Been here a few times before giving this review. Overall loved the food, the idea you can choose whatever food ingredients you like (charged by weight)...Remember there is a minimum weight amount before you are allowed to place an order... choose the broth you like... we loved their spicy broth (medium)...This is especially nice to enjoy during colder weather.Remember to like & follow their Facebook page... show it before you pay & get a 10% discount.

Great place with a nice selection of ingredients to make up your meal. Wise Woman (my wife) said she wanted to try this place for a light snack so of course my answer was “ok dear” lol. Being a wise woman, she challenged herself to pick ingredients as close to the 400g minimum as possible and she succeeded - luckily I wasn’t too hungry. She chose the tomato soup base and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. You can choose you own condiments and sauces on the side which is great and this made a nice accompaniment to the meal. Overall a nice experience but the next time we come here again I’m not sharing with wise woman and will get my own meal cause I want my own! Lol

We had our first malatang (spicy, tongue numbing )hot pot today. We got the drill of filling up and be weighted to pay. But it'll be good if we have a price list shown somewhere. I picked vegetables with seafood while my wife picked vegetables with meat. Our soup base was mild beef and it was lovely. Overall it was a lovely experience. I have to admit that you'll have to know what hot pot is and what ingredients go well together to be able to enjoy it. If you're not a fan of spicy soup just ask for the beef broth or mushroom broth. I like mine just mild.

Went here for lunch today with family members. Food quality was poor, frozen cheap rolled ham, mostly tofu, chinese greens were gritty. Food looked like it was mass produced. Asked for beef broth for our bowls. When delivered to the table the food had absolutely no flavour whatsoever and the broth was completely tasteless, with oil floating in the top. My grandson’s bowl had an insect floating on the top. When we bought this to the waitress’s attention she said ‘sorry, we’ll replace it free of charge’, as though she was doing us a favour. Altogether a very poor experience and I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

If you like spicy hot pot, this is the place to go. They have non spicy options like mushroom soup or tomato soup as well. Wide variety of food to choose from but it's a bit pricey. Service is good but the place is too crowded and sitting too close to other tables for comfort. I like the meat balls and special fish balls.
