There is a guy his name is dave he is a rude person, i went there on 19/12/2022 14:40 to buy a press drill first i asked if its possible i would like to hear the drill noise is there any chance to turn the drill on i would like to see how loud the noise of it is, He said WHY WOULD YOU HEAR THE NOISE OF IT? (this is a demo drill I'm allowed to ask for it and you can not ask me why!!!)every single question i asked about the drill he was like (I DON'T KNOW SIR) i said I'm assuming your equipments are mainly designed for carpentry jobs but I'm a mechanic can this drill handle my oily workshop? He said I DON'T KNOW SIR...... I said how much is the price he said HERE IS THE TAG SIR YOU CAN SEE! and i said i saw that but on website it's a bit cheaper that's why I'm asking! he goes: THEN CHECK THE WEBSITE SIR..... i said how long warranty it has he goes I DON'T KNOW SIR I'LL CHECK THE COMPUTER FOR YOU......So why are you working in this place without knowing anything and having that attitude? After i brought the drill i said can i have a proper A4 size receipt? Cause eftpos receipt goes faded after a bit and he said NO SIR I DON'T HAVE A PROPER RECEIPT..... the other guy (he was nice and polite) he put it in the back of my car.

Always enjoy stopping in for a chat and info session with the friendly staff here.Being able to see the tools on the floor gives you a much better sense of size and capability than just looking at the website or reading a review.The shop has a good range of many items not just machinery, they have carving tools, resins and pigments, books and magazines, veneers and timber, resin blanks as well as glues and finishes.

Non existent service. I was in there looking to spend a couple of thousand dollars and I had to wait at the counter until old mate had finished describing the building work he had done on the weekend to another salesperson. Dude then looks up sees me and starts texting someone. I don't think you could be less helpful if you tried. Good products. Awful service.

Absolutely outstanding service today from Tim in sales, after showing us the range of dust extractor systems, Tim found a solution to suit our needs and budget while explaining to the financial controller the pros and cons of solutions available.Highly recommend this store, always helpful and full of advice!

Having spent quite a lot of time in the Carbatec Sydney store over the last three years, I have gotten to know the team quite well & they are a great bunch.I want to single out Matt as he has been outstanding in his helpful and low-pressure approach to dealing with me. I am not a fan of high-pressure salespeople or those who do not understand the products they are selling. Matt has demonstrated a very comprehensive understanding of all the items I have purchased, has listened to my specific needs relating to the tools and machines I needed for various projects and his advice has been invaluable. He is also really good in quietly advising on how to keep the machinery in perfect running order which has saved me a great deal of time.Thanks Matt and the team at Carbatec

Outstanding.Outstanding service & customer care.I ordered some items from Carbatec for delivery. Unfortunately Australia post (absolutely useless) did not deliver to the site address & were sending items back to sender? I contacted Carbatec to inform them of the situation & they sent 1 of there guys from their store to the site to deliver the goods, that day & by hand.Absolutely stunning. Could not be happier with the way this was dealt with. Quick, fast & efficient company, with a big heart.Great guys. Will always recommendThanks guys

Woodworking heaven! No need to worry about being a newbie in woodwork. The sales people are very helpful and friendly, and explain what you need for your project. Carbatec has a great range of quality tools you won't find in hardware stores.
