Genuinely great customer service. Everyone who works there is lovely.

Last night about a minute before what I'm sure was closing time, I ducked into BWS Mosman (on Avenue Rd). The men working there didn't say I couldn't buy anything because they were just about to close. Instead they smiled at me and let me enter. I chose the wine I wanted and just checked with them it would taste how I hoped it would. I also told them what I was hoping to spend and the guy found me the taste I wanted and seeing that none were there for what I wanted to spend, the man gave me a discount. The shop also accepts paying through mobile pay and the men joked and just made the whole experience delightful. Thanks BWS Mosman. Five stars plus.

Great wine selection for a small establishment.

Small local bottle shop that may not have everything that a bigger bottle-o has, but enough options that will satisfy and save you a longer journey somewhere else.
