Had an amazing experience with Alana at the piercing lab! I went to get my ears re-pierced for my wedding in 2 months (as I thought they had closed up after years of no earrings) - Alana was able to widen the original piercing with zero pain (I didn’t even notice she had done it! That’s how painless how it was) She was super professional and clearly very knowledgeable. Thanks Alana.

I had the best experience with Marta and Taylor at the piercing lab. I got my first cartilage piercing and am shocked at how easy and painless the healing was, and am absolutely in love with the placement and jewellery itself. The staff are so kind, patient and make the whole experience such a joy.

Had a lovely experience with Tayler at the Paddington store. She was patient, helpful and I felt no pressure whatsoever when choosing my jewellery. I was surprised by how little the actual piercing hurt, and I've had minimal swelling. I will definitely be back for another piercing when I visit Sydney again!

I recently had a double piercing done at the Sarah & Sebastian piercing lab in Paddington. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted amazingly by the staff. Marta who was my piercer had amazing energy. She was super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and had and amazing eye for detail. You can see she is truly passionate about piercing and giving you the best experience. I would highly recommend this experience.

My wife owned a petite letter necklace from Sarah & Sebastian for about 3 years. It had broken twice. The first time we were lucky to have it replaced free outside of warranty but unfortunately the second time it broke off and was lost completely. Even though the necklaces seemed frail, we really liked that they don't tarnish over time, even when worn everyday. So we decided to purchase again from this brand and with a little luck and attention, we hope that it will last a lifetime and beyond.The staff are so nice and friendly at Paddington, they really took their time to help us find the right piece and at no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured.

I spontaneously decided to get a piercing at the Sarah and Sebastian studio inside the Mecca Flagship store. I was so lucky to have Vicky as my piercer today. Vicky took the time to carefully curate the perfect ear alchemy to suit my ear shape. She was so patient in showing me different pieces and styling suggestions. Her attention to detail, emphasis on hygiene and overall passion for piercing made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Thank you Vicky for the most perfect piercing !

Vicky @ Mecca Flagship Sarah & SebastianVicky went out of her way to make my piercing experience fun, personable and with the least discomfort possible.She re-opened a hole that was almost 30 years old in a matter of minutes with just a little amount of pinching. It was incredible - I didn’t think it would be possible. After taking her time to “coax’” open the old piercing, she then re-funded the $90 piercing fee as she said we only re-opened an old piercing. Incredible service. Vicky is industry-knowledgeable and beautifully smart and helpful. A Great S & S brand ambassador.

I had an Ear Alchemy styling appointment and then a piercing appointment with the lovely Tayler at the Paddington store. Tayler was so wonderful and really helped me figure out my dream ear styling! She was also the piercer of my rook and upper lobe and she was honest about pain expectations and we took our time to make sure I was comfortable with the placement and then the procedure. Highly recommend coming here and working with Tayler!

Had a great experience today getting a forward helix and lobe piercing with Alana. She was very professional, friendly and helped me pick the jewellery which was helpful as there was a large selection I hadn’t looked into beforehand. Would highly recommend & will be back!!

Buyer be aware that their soldered bracelets are unfortunately neither permanent or of acceptable quality. My “permanent” bracelet broke after 3 months I went back and payed the charge to get it resoldered and a met 4 weeks later it broke again! For a bracelet that is $250 and as something that is advertised as permanent it didn’t last longer than a total of 4 months… not very permanent. I have been in contact with costumer service who are refusing a refund that as a part of the Australian Consumer Laws under multiple sections is my legal right. I would not go near this company or their pathetic “permanent” bracelets it’s truly just flushing money down the toilet! Save yourself there are plenty other companies that offer a similar service that I have no doubt are of better quality and better costumer service staff. Disgusting service
