DON'T TRUST THE ONLINE STORE STOCK INFO!!!Disclaimer: I would like to point out that the staff members I spoke to were both really lovely, understanding and apologetic and I thank them for their assistance. They were not the problem.Issue: On two occasions I have made purchases from Vivace Music's online store. A Fender Strat worth over $1000 back in April, and a Fender Delay pedal just last week.Both items were listed as in stock" on the website

I highly recommend Vivace Music! Firstly because their prices are so competitive! Secondly - I ordered a guitar as a gift for my friend - as it was her birthday they helped me by prioritising the order and printed a beautiful birthday message from me. Delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure. My friend loved the gift! The staff at Vivace Music are so friendly and helpful - I’m so grateful!

Came in 11am Christmas Eve morning, there was no one in the store apart from my partner and I, when approaching the lady at the counter to say hello and ask for some direction, she couldn’t even look at us to say hello back, had no interest in helping us find what we where looking for whatsoever, my partner and I instantly felt uncomfortable and left straight away. We drove 30minutes to your store just to receive little to no customer service. We will not be returning, we’ll find a music store else where that’s prepared to offer the help.

Shipped quickly but when there was an item from my order missing they didn't respond either to my multiple emails over the last month OR when I used their 'contact us' form on their website AND are unreachable via phone because when I call I just wait on hold listening to their recorded message for ages until it says they're unreachable and hangs up on me. Very frustrating, they haven't given me what i've paid for and are completely uncontactable about it.

Great experience here when purchasing a bass guitar for my husband. Pauline was very helpful, friendly and had excellent customer service. Also, great service from the Underwood store as they referred me to this shop when I rang them to see if they had the bass I wanted (they didn't). I would definitely come here again for future instruments.
