Everyday Lions Running Coaching
I got to know Brian Lyons of Everyday Lions when I won a training programme through one of his Devonport events 9 months ago. Now I am certainly not your average runner (58 years old with severe OA of the knees) and I am far from being an élite athlete but because I had the goal to run 16km as part of a Bruny Island Ultra team, I gave it a go! With Brian’s exceptional coaching, not only did I smash my goal but I was able to do extra kms when one of ours runners fell sick.I am now up to my third training block and I can’t recommend Brian more highly. I love how Brian listens to what I want to achieve from my running and always supports & encourages me in these goals regardless of how small they are. He adapts my training to suit how my body is travelling at any given time and is so approachable and he never makes me feel like I am not a good enough runner for his coaching. If your goal is important to you, it’s important to Brian and I know he will always have my back. With a perfectly balanced training load, Brian has kept me running 3 times a week (something I could never have achieved on my own given the issues with my knees). And the most important thing is that Brian has given me my love of running back. I couldn’t ask for a better coach. Thank you Brian

When I decided to enter my first marathon I reached out to Brian for a training plan.For 16 weeks Brian provided me with great communication, advice & reassurance. This enabled me to be race ready and feeling confident. I arrived at the start line with a smile and enjoyed my run. Everyday Lions Running Coaching
I am currently on week 15 of my individual training plan. When I approached Brian in March of this year I told him I wanted to be able to run 7-10km, 5-6 times per week and most importantly I wanted to enjoy running again!! After 15 weeks I can easily run 7-10km and have re-evaluated my goals and included a half marathon next year. I would not be running the distance or pace I am today without having Brian in the background pushing me along. I know when I skip a run, he will be watching, or when I don’t complete the set distance, he will know. He keeps me accountable and pushes me to be the best I can be. He always promptly replies to my questions and has been super flexible with my training when I was out of action for 4 weeks due to illness. Can not recommend Brian and Everyday Lions program highly enough!

I've been training with Brian for 7 weeks now and I have been blown away with the results I'm seeing! He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and supportive of my goals. Brian is a very knowledgeable running coach. The group sessions are amazing and lots of fun, every session is different and the group is super supportive. Brian is passionate about running and it shows in his coaching. I would highly recommend Everyday Lions to any runner at any level.
