I went to this salon to get my polish removed but they filed my nails too thin and have left me in a lot of pain (I write this a week after my appointment). To be transparent they removed BIAB which was done at another salon, they seemed knowledgeable to be trusted with the removal but hindsight reveals didn't have the skills to execute this. Very annoyed that I have to adjust the way I use my hands now and wait for my entire nail to grow out. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Thao and Karen are so wonderful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my acrylic nails and pedicures. Have been going since they opened and haven’t looked back.

Amazing experience here. I come from Europe and didn’t know exactly what to ask for since options vary from one place to another, but the staff at Lotus was here to guide me and explain all the possibilities. My nails turned out looking amazing and are holding on really well. I will definitely come back before I leave to get my nails done! Thank you again to the nice lady who took care of me!
