TheStore customer service can be improved for non technical customers for this store branch - wouldn't get my plumbing supplies from them. Went Next door TRADELINK has much better customer service and the staff values their name brand at basic professional level.

Couldn't get what I needed from bunnings. The guy helped me but made it very clear that he was not happy with helping a non trade customer. Very curt and sharp with his manner. Thanks for the help but please check your attitude.

Needed to redo both of my bathrooms and Reece Plumbing at Mansfield has been wonderful to deal with. Has supplied me with all that I need and the staff have been great especially Jayne in the showroom. Great products and nothing has been too much for them to do for me. Please support them as they will not disappoint.

Really dissatisfied. Didn't have much in display in the show room. The guy who served me didn't know anything at all. They had no kitchen taps in stock which was unbelievable as they're a tap shop
