KFC GLENELG hands down the worst service in Adelaide, infact there is no service.Thought we would give it a go again (fourth time) all 4 times we walk in stand at the counter and wait and wait while 3 workers eat chips straight out from where the customers chips are scooped up from.I timed the wait till nearly 4 minutes and not once did the 3 workers acknowledge that we were there nor even a simple hi" and the exact same thing had happened 3 out of our 4 visits and all times we were the only people in the store.If KFC management were to look back on their camera 25/02/2023 around 10pm they would see not only how poor the service/no service was but how rude it is to have your back turned for such a long period of time whilst unhygienically feeding out of the warmer.Obviously once I had enough of what I was experiencing I tried to tell them how wrong the situation was but it's possible 2 of the workers were to young to understand and the manager had absolutely no idea how to deal with the issue which was simple

KFC is a favorite. I get the Twisters, and the Crunchy Slaw Salad Bowls - slightly healthier! But do enjoy their other menu items too. This store is good - most KFC stores are pretty good.

I attended with a voucher due to a previous Zinger Crunch burger meal where the burger was sloppy and cold, and the chips were soggy and Luke warm.Whilst presenting the voucher, I specifically asked for the meal to be freshly made, especially the chips. I also requested a Pepsi.What I received was a Pepsi Max, lukewarm and soggy chips; likewise with the burger.You would think when presenting wirh a voucher that the staff would take extra care with the order, knowing full well that the voucher was issued as a result of a sub-standard meal previously. Obviously not.I have ordered from KFC at Ashford and 90% of the time the chips have been beautifully fresh.I will not be patronising the Glenelg KFC again anytime soon. Extremely disappointed about the complete indifference of the staff, including providing the wrong drink.Avoid this place.

It's often a terrible store. How ever tonight its horrendous customers literally waiting 20+minutes for food. Customers waiting up to 15 minutes just to get served. Manager it awful, talking down to the young employees in front of customers. She's also telling staff to clean tables instead of serving the line of waiting patrons. It's that bad.

Staff don't care at all. Extra salt, legs only. Every time I ask for spastics then NEVER follow through. It's frustrating because it's an easy task. However, it's absolutely satisfying for the customer when they do get it right.

I frequent this place alot. It's as good as you get from a fast food establishment - the occasional cold chip or longer than usual wait time. However I've never had a reason to have a major complaint here.
