Friendly staff but really busy in the afternoon.

Parking is very limited & had to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Like almost all CW I’ve been to the retail staff never seem to have any product knowledge at all. The store is extremely crowded and very hard to move around, I couldn’t imagine doing so with a pram or trolley! But of course, the prices are great so if none of the above bother you then definitely shop here for the best prices.I came in to get a few baby items as they currently have the free Bundle of Joy box promotion. I wanted to purchase the Medela Swing Breast Pump currently on special for $204, so I grabbed the dummy box off the shelf as well as some other items & headed to the counter. The girl who served me had no clue what was going on and had to ask two other staff members for help before one of them finally told me they didn’t have stock. When I went back to the aisle to grab some other stuff to make up the needed $69, I seen he had put the dummy box back on the shelf (why would you leave it there if you have no stock, it just wastes everyone’s time)I still ended up buying quite a lot of products & the last worker who served me asked if I needed any help carrying my items to the car which was very nice.Opened up the “Bundle of Joy” box & noticed all the sample food & formula items received will go out of date before we will get the chance to use them, which is disappointing (The items are for 12+ months but expire within the next 3 months) you do get a lot of different products to try though and some full sized items which is really good!

appalling customer service, absolutely no one there in fragrance and through the aisles to help. Once asked to test a perfume through the cabinet, i was given the wrong tester and worker did not say a thing. Was also unenthusiastic and quite rude.

Management needs to give serious and quick attention towards staff/customer ratios. Not enough dispensing pharmacists - 1/2 hour wait every time is getting very annoying, the customers time is also valuable! Not enough floor or cashier staff either. Otherwise the stool is clean and tidy.

Terrible customer service. They appear to avoid you when you are looking for help. Cashier lady didn’t press the button for me to pay because she was busy having a chat with her co workers.

Incredibly poor service and rude staff. Ordered and paid for product using click and collect. Upon pickup told we couldnt have the amount ordered even though they had the product in stock. No problem at other stores. We would have to come back 3 times.

Kudos to the staff for a very efficient click and collect service. I’ve already used the service 3 times and each time, my ordered items were ready for collection in less than an hour after the order placement - a very rare timeframe nowadays. Highly recommend this Chemist Warehouse’s branch click and collect.

Probably the worst customer service of all the CWs I've been to. Security was lovely though, but obviously that's contracted. I had to visit twice in 2 days and the first visit was just totally unprofessional staff having inappropriate conversations in the aisles. Second visit was 1 staff who couldn't be bothered to deal with me and then I stood with another person waiting at the perfumes for over 15min and nobody came near us. I ended up walking out. Won't bother spending my money here then.

30 minute wait for prescription - can understand when its busy, but myself and one other were the only ones waiting. well laid out store and easy to find products but just far too long a wait.

Extremely poor service, left a script at 3.15 PM, went to pick it up at 5.00 Pm & was not served till 5.35PM & stood there waiting, the person who was serving only collected scripts & not even turning her head towards the pickup counter, There were 3 staff at the cashier who were just talking over their voices & no one seemed to care, had to ask for service & the lady seemed overworked. Some times you wonder if it is worth the saving you make over the time you waste
