Went into & placed an order at this factory early November. Paid cash, which included 'express post' . After making several phone calls to ask when we can expect to receive the items, which we paid cash for, and being reassured every time that they would be sent 'that day', here we are, middle of December and we are still waiting. Holding NO hope of ever seeing the items and can kiss the cash goodbye!! Merry Christmas.
