Awesome service. Will Thompson was a dead-set legend who helped me refine my custom build. The computer was built within three days and I'd picked it up within five and they were helpful there too. Totally recommend!

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Quality ControlI recently purchased a custom workstation build from Computer Alliance for a significant amount, approximately $16,000. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.Within the first week of using the computer, I encountered several issues that required me to bring it back to the shop. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of an ongoing cycle of problems. It has now been five months, and I've lost count of the number of times I've had to return the computer due to persistent issues.One of the managers at Computer Alliance had initially promised me a refund if I were to encounter any further problems. Unfortunately, when faced with another major issue, that promise suddenly evaporated into thin air. This lack of commitment and accountability is truly disheartening.During my last visit to the shop, the computer wouldn't even start. It was returned to me after an extended period, only to discover that a wire was connected to the motherboard in the wrong slot and upside down, resulting in the positive and negative points being incorrectly linked. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.What disappoints me the most is the utter lack of respect and responsibility shown by Computer Alliance once a purchase has been made. They refuse to take ownership of the problems they have created, instead shifting the blame onto the customer. It is evident that they have no regard for the Australian Consumer Law, as they believe themselves to be above it.In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Computer Alliance. Their customer service is abysmal, their quality control is non-existent, and they exhibit a complete disregard for their customers' rights and satisfaction. This company is nothing short of a criminal organization, and I would caution anyone considering a purchase from them to look elsewhere for a reputable and reliable option.

Very helpful, knowledgeable without being pushy. Was able to sell me what was best value for my needs and within budget, rather than a higher cost item that I didn't want. I wish all sales staff were like that.

Meekah was v fun to engage w. My friend and I had lots of laughs w him while he helped us build a PC (we knew nothing). His supervisor was also v knowledgeable. They're genuine gamers; they don't make u feel as tho you're a sale. I highly recommend their services. ^_^

Friendly prompt service. Prices on what they stock are very competitive. Staff are very knowledgeable and will advise you on what you should purchase according to your needs. They do not have a very broad selection for printers but on the other hand are well stocked with computers and other accessories.

The best service I have had, period. Brad. W blew me away on the phone, so much so that I drove an extra half hour on top of my trip home the very next day to go through laptops with him.Friendly, knowledgeable, concise, straight to the point and not pushy.This is not my first purchase with Computer Alliance. They have a great range and pricing is always competitive if not the best.

Got my first UW monitor (Samsung odyssey 34” OLED G8) and my first ever customised desktop from CA Mount Gravatt a couple weeks ago.Shout out to Brad and Zak for being super great guiding me every step of the way during the building process as well as providing me update on everything related to the components I chose.Been enjoying my monster machine now.If you are a complete noob like I was look no further. (Btw saved me over a grand compared to online build to boot)Wish I could give 10 star.

Easily the best computer retailer around. They offer the lowest prices on top quality components, and always beat the competition. Customer service is outstanding with friendly and professional staff.

Absolutely ridiculous we've given them thousands of dollars through our business and can't properly refund a keyboard that keeps malfunctioning. This is the second time this key board has malfunctioned. I've been given a new one today but when same problem arises in about 8 months, I will no longer have warranty cover. $150 down the drain. Don't buy or supply these Cooler Master keyboards. I don't want this defective keyboard I want a refund, heck I'll even buy another keyboard from you guys with equivalent store credit!
