In my opinion, this is a solicitor you would want to avoid.In my experience If you're unhappy with their work, and politely ask to discuss a resolution whilst still a client, they will threaten a defamation suite. If you respond politely to that and request they return the money in credit in your account they will threaten an avo.In my opinion they cannot take any criticism, and they are running a bait and switch operation. They will tell you one price and then raise it dramatically - by thousands. They will not do agreed upon work, and they will then leave you out thousands of dollars.Edit: see owner's response below
