Excellent quality products and helpful staff. Warren was helpful and knew a lot about the manufacturing process of how furniture was made. Made us aware that aluminium powder-coated frames are best for all-weather situations. Thanks Warren!

We couldn't be happier with the quality of our wicker set we bought from you guys a couple weeks back! We had to find one the right size for our balcony and it fits perfectly. The size of the cushions make a noticeable difference to the comfort and the aluminium slate base provides a level of quality and support that will last years when compared to the imports. Yours was the same price from all the competitors but we feel we came out winners due to the beautiful quality of the fabric, the wicker, and the frame. Highly recommend the furniture from Leisure Living!

Last week I purchased my new sun lounge and had it delivered very promptly. I was very happy with the young man who delivered my lounge in that he brought it upstairs and placed the lounge on my decking for me. Thank you Leisure Living for excellent service

Abusive Owner. Went to shop at this store and the old man (assuming owner) abused and threatened me because I had parked in a public car park open to all customers of the precinct that he he wanted to use for an apparent delivery. Threatening to tow my car on no basis what so ever. Trying to intimidate young women with lies and abuse. will not be going back. Maybe as a business owner sort out a loading Zone and don't try to threaten people to get your way when you're in the wrong. Trying to cause a scene. Extremely unprofessional. Not the first I've heard bad reports of this business.Moving forward next time try and talk reasonable to people when you want something. Instead of attacking people, try being kind. It can go along way.

Great range in store and a solid knowledge of their products, Above all though is their customer service. I recently purchased two sun lounges from Leisure Living Bundall and unfortunately there was some very minor damage by the delivery company. I raised this with Leisure Living over email that night and before I got home from work the following day they had been to my house and they were replaced with new ones. No glory hunting or time wasting just instantly did the right thing for their customer. You only ever get this level of service when you support local family business. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Aaron and Colleen, see you in store again soon.
