Really great service to organise babysitting/nanny services. Olivia is lovely to deal with and she was very helpful arranging things for us. Both of the women she recommended to look after our children have been fantastic. Highly recommend!

Olivia is a consummate professional, absolute A grade service. After waiting months for other agencies to find a suitable candidate to no avail I decided to jump on Google and try another agency. I was desperate and 2 months out before going back to work with a 3 month old little girl in my arms that needed care. Within a day Olivia had 5 candidates for my husband and I to interview. A solution was found within a week or so. Olivia took all our problems and stresses away with a solid and reliable solution for two parents who work 10 hour days. Olivia guided us through the “ buy out process” , insurances etc all the admin needed once you have taken the nanny off the books. I can not recommend Olivia highly enough. I have used The Reinforcements and Olivia for around 6 months now. I’ve never been disappointed with a nanny, some have been amazing and most very good!Every nanny has been great so I’ve never had any concerns about having different ones each time as the kids have loved all of them.A classic example of why this agency is worth it over having a regular babysitter for me, was for my wedding reception our original nanny got sick days before. Olivia didn’t even need to tell me as she already had sorted a replacement so I didn’t have the last minute stress!

Olivia from the Reinforcement Nanny Agency was extremely helpful! We initially hired 3 baby sitters to look after 11 children at a apartment hotel for employees while we had our annual work dinner, which we ended up only having 6 children. The communication was easy, super helpful and the baby sitters we had (Jess and Daniela) went above and beyond for the kids. We were just expecting them to supervise them in the hotel while the kids watch tv/color, but they took them to the park, even got them popcorn and put on a movie for them. Parents all had positive feedback that the kids has so a great time. Thanks so much! Will be using your services for our future events.
