This travel agent is only a travel agent by name. In reality they are completely hopeless. I was booked on an connection at Heathrow that was impossible to make. (pick up luggage, change terminals, with a 2 year old in 2 hours.....). No apologies where given. I thought travel agents where supposed to know how to book this sort of stuff, thats why we go with them. Will be booking my own flights from now on. Completely pointless. Never go with Seoul Travel.
