Being a person that always takes good care of my vehicle. Finding my car having some engine issue was an unenviable experience.Upon attendance, I was met by Chris and owner Tongda.The service delivered by both was exemplary! Nothing was too much trouble with Tongda taking time out from his busy schedule to come out and inspect my vehicle.To my pleasant surprise, Tongda spent quite a long time with me, explaining the repair process in detail and how he and his staff would set about fixing the issue.Not once did Tongda give me the impression I was holding him up or wasting his time. He was more than prepared to stand around with me and answer any and all questions I had.This level of service was well above and beyond what I would have ordinary expected.Upon collecting my vehicle after the repairs had been carried out, I was blown away.The level of care, workmanship and attention to detail displayed by Gear Lever Automotive during the repair process was magnificent.Overall, a very pleasing experience from Gear Lever Automotive of which I'd highly recommend, should you find yourself needing vehicle repairs.I am most appreciative of all aspects of the service that Gear Lever Automotive delivered.Should you find yourself in a similar situation, go and pay them a visit – You won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend Gear Lever Automotive to anyone considering buying a car. I was nervous about buying a car but felt completely reassured when buying through Gear Lever Automotive. Firstly the car was at least $2,000 cheaper than its nearest rival (same year, same model, same milage) on Carsales.com.au. There was no hard sell - the option was either to buy it or not. There was no limit to how long I could go on the test drive. I was offered a 12-month or 10,000km warranty to allay my fears. And the professional detailer onsite offered valuable additional insights about the brand, the model, its heritage and its reputation. The entire process was very reassuring, leaving me feeling confident about the transparency of the information I received and the trustworthiness of the company as a whole. Many thanks guys.
