Receptionist on the phone was very rude. She tried to correct me on something that was irrelevant and then she transferred me to costumer service which did not even answer; she was not that helpful at all or sympathetic. Considering the people that she works with; so abrupt and I reckon she's not the right person for the job. Unprofessional and so disappointing, especially for us with disability that requires special needs.

Sensational place to deal with. They will bring equipment out to trial, and will put the customer first. These guys are both TAC and Workcover approved. Supply a huge range of equipment from beds, recliners, disability aids, wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters. Their staff are knowledgeable and sensational. Prices are competitive.

I bought my Pride Gogo mobility scooter from here in February 2017 after 6months and 2weeks my batteries died I was told that they have a 6month warranty I argued that it was only 2 week past the warranty date but was forced to pay $300 to have the batteries replaced even though you can buy the pair for just over $50.00 I feel the whole process was a giant rip off I would never go there again.be warned they care about money nothing else oh a be careful of Sam there sales manager.

6 weeks ago I paid for shower chair, that should be delivered. Chasing them on phone and present to track the delivery. Thire answer is well call you back ". Guess what?They never called back and there is no record. So

Excellent service over phone, showroom and at pick up depot. Thank you Carina for following up queries. Rent was 1/2 price quoted else where and quality excellent. Will definitely deal with company again

Horrible customer service. I ordered a commode chair, after months of waiting i finally got one delivered only to my horror it was not my standard I was given an 2nd hand one it was dirty damaged, they were happy to give me a new one which arrived this morning agian to my horror 2nd time dirty muddy. The guy that delivered it this morning was soo rude to my mum pushed her away when she wanted to take pictures so we could send it to my o.t, he made her very upset. I have never dealt with a bad company compare to you guys.
