Great Staff and couldn't ask for better service. The young man even assisted me with a different issue I just mentioned off hand. So happy I mentioned the problem 5 minutes and $5 later it was solved. I really couldn't believe it was that easy.

Stick to Harvey Norman!I went in to get prints done. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store by any of the staff. I had to find a staff member to ask if the size I wanted was available to print off the self serve machine and was told yes, I couldn’t find the size so had to find someone else to ask again, which they said no it had to be done manually.No one looked like they wanted to be there and there were a few other staff who were quite rude to other customers.Wait time was super long as well.

Shopped here for a few needed things with a 2 week old baby. Staff were really helpful and collected my choices at the counter. Made my shopping experience so much easier!Very attentive staff, highly rated.

Just purchased an office chair from bathurst the guy who served me was a very nice man and he carried chair to my car which was great as I have difficulty walking this guy should be employee of the month unfortunately I didn't get his name

Highly highly recommend thanks to George and everyone for all they did to help me out, to send me my new mobile phone l couldn't find anywhere in Australia. They went out off there way to organise it and have it sent to an office works store close to my home in Melbourne ,fantastic customer service, when other stores didn't want to know, you helped me out ,absolutely brilliant thanks heaps.

I had a big problem printing a special image in mirror image. Jake and Adam were very very helpful to me and did what I needed in 3 minutes. Sometimes us old farts get better service than we expect and today I got 100%. Thanks fellas.
