Very busy. You can't get shopping carts to the car park. It locks itself if you move away from the shop. I understand people steal them, but it's really annoying.

Decent range however the fruit & veg section is often barren or rotted. No wheelchair trolleys or lowered checkouts which is a shame. At the end of the day it’s a coles what do you expect

The store isn't even 'small', it only appears that way because half the products are premium and don't get touched while the other (sold out) half are the products people actually want. Supply chain issues are really really noticeable at this store.Sadly there is only also like a 10 minute window each day for popcorn chicken from the deliStaff have been pleasant and helpful (even at the selfserve), don't listen to the whingers.Edit 2023: price gouging to the extreme lol

Seems like this store don’t understand the basics of hospitality FIFI..first in, first out.Looking at their mixed salads of spinach etc. products and the items at the front have a later best before date then items at the back. Doesn’t exactly make you feel like the place is fresh or managed well.Always barely have any roast chooks at 630pmI’ve also purchased multiple apples and bananas here on different occasions and gone to eat them on the same day, but it’s like they’ve been frozen, all mushy, bruised and inedible. (Obviously not a supply issue from producers but likely a storage/handling issue at this store)

The deli staff (2 females in particular) are horribly rude. Make you feel like you're nothing but a pain, every single time. God forbid I attempt to utilise the service you provide!

Has possibly the stupidest system for carrying your shopping out of the supermarket.If you need a trolley because of the size of your shop, you can take it around the store with you, but upon leaving the store you are stopped at a exit by an electronic switch which locks the wheels on the trolley!So you have enough shopping to need to use a trolley, but you can’t use a trolley to take your shopping to your car! Of course, this Coles could do as others do and employ local people to take the trolleys from the car park back to the store, no more than about 150 m away, but perhaps that would make too much sense and eat into their huge profits.It’s back to the Coles at Ballarat Road Braybrook for me.

The store shelves aren't restock for days... And then the security guard...I think that he is scared to approach the low lives that steal products... And then he takes a photo of them from behind them how can he know if they return for another round when you don't have a picture....I thought if they are suspicious of people stealing from the store they are allowed to seize and search their bags over a certain size... But yet the security guard ... Just let them walk away without doing anything even if he can see products just about falling out of the waist if their pants...why be a security guard if you just stand there and take photos of the ones stealing...I don't understand why he is even there...I wonder if he is allowing them to steal products because they are the same nationality .... I'm not racist ...I love everyone unless they disrespect me.....

I think this is a really great store. The employees here are so kind and helpful. I couldn't find a particular product and this female worker went out of her way to help me locate it.
