I am an engineer by trade and I'm sorry to say I am very pedantic when it comes to poor wormanship as against doing the job propourly the first time. I'm not much good at writing tesrimonials, but I felt a need to here.There are too many people out there that are all too satisfied just to slapp something together, get your money and hope they never see you again. I needn't had worried when I took my brand new VW Tiguan in to Autofidelity to have Jarrod install 2 blackvue dash cams, one fitted to the front & another on the rear. He also wired up an Anderson plug and the revering and rear faceing cameras for my van. Jarrod has a way to be able to use the cars entertainment centre as the screen for the 2 cameras and all that work done to a level that far exceeded my expectations. Jarrod is a wizz at what he does and knows all the tricks of the trade in removing and replacing interior panels without damageing them or looseing or breaking the little clip that hold the panels in place as you dont want the panels loose or rattleing in your brand new pride and joy. I can highly recommend Autofidelity and Jarrod if you have a need a for anything similar done to your car.Thank you Jarrod for the great job that you did on my car.Alan Sullivan

Jarrod is super helpful and responsive. I just went back after the original installation 2 years later and fixed the issue for free. Great company to deal with.

I had these guys install my dash cams and they were excellent. They were highly knowledgeable, professional and they really cared about doing a great job. They took a lot of effort not to damage anything as part of the installation. I was very pleased and will use them again without hesitation.

In 2019, we had a Blackvue Dash Cam installed by authorised dealers Autofidelity. About 6 mths ago the APP experienced connection difficulties & unit stopped working. Today we were seen by a lovely guy who replaced the worn out fuse and helped us troubleshoot the APP. I didnt get his name but he was so helpful and kind. We are so happy with the customer service we received. Thank you.
