I have always had a great experience in the Who Fish boutique. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and take time to help all of their customers and provide them with a great experience. The clothing pieces in the store are beautiful and you can tell they are made of great quality!!

I have been into this shop numerous times and no one is interested in serving you. They are too busy talking amongst themselves !

I purchased a good quality dress from this store one month ago. Wore it twice. On the second time of wearing the dress I noticed the thread from the right shoulder strap was unravelling. I used a safety pin to hold it from falling off me as I was out for dinner.I brought it back to the store the following Monday to see if they could help me, NOT for a refund because I wanted to keep the dress. Thinking they’d be friendly and helpful, particularly as it was a recent purchase. Boy was I wrong!I understand I could’ve brought it to my local tailor, however, I believe the shop should be made aware and I shouldn't need to be out of pocket due the fault of a fairly new garment.I take very good care of my clothing, but to be told by the owner, the mother of the family business, that “you could’ve pulled on it when you sat down” and of “course this can happen, it is a piece of clothing” is really not acceptable! This shows zero accountability and zero care towards the customer focused area of their business. She couldn’t believe I had come 'all the way' back to their store for something that quote “could’ve cost me $2 to repair”. She said she could also repair this herself with a hand stitch; totally missing my point. She was adamant that faulty constitutesruined material or balling material but not a loose thread (that is responsible for attaching the shoulder strap to the dress). There was also a rude arrogant rhetorical question thrown my way, I was asked if the dress was falling off when I bought it, my response was I wouldn’t have bought this dress if I had seen this, but I either missed it or it was not as lose then.I then decided it would be best to take my dress leave and never come back but she insisted that she didn’t want me to be $2 out of pocket so she repaired it.Hour later it was miraculously repaired by a tailor.Next day I returned to pick it up, served by the daughter. I asked the daughter a question about the repair, the mother came storming from out the back “what's the problem” ? I looked at her in shock, she responded by telling me the tailor thought I did this. At this point I just wanted to leave. I told her I’m an honest person to which she responded “get your dress, leave and never come back”She repaired my strap by sewing it on backwards. I have since returned it to my tailor for a professional job.HORRIBLE LADY!

Beautiful clothes but a disappointing experience. I walked in with my mother, interested in the Devotion Twins range as I have a few pieces already and wanted a new season colour or two for a holiday. We asked for L sizes for a few pieces (approx an AU12) and the assistant said “They don’t make them in your size.” I said they do, it’s on their website. She insisted they had nothing “my size” as they don’t make them “L” - it would be absolutely fine if they don’t have L’s in stock, if that’s the case, but at this point it felt as though she didn’t want me to try them. I said “I actually own a few in L” and she questioned what season and colourway they were, because apparently they “definitely didn’t” make “L”. I explained when I bought them, the colour, then said “I actually have a photo to show you, they stock my size as I’ve bought them and I’ve worn them”. I showed her a photo of one I wore to an event only 6 weeks ago and she said “Wow! Is that you? You actually look… Pretty! Omg! Haha! Not that you don’t look pretty now… But you know what I mean!” I was shocked and gutted at this point but deflected to my mother who, meanwhile, HAD found a new season L size on the rack in a colourway I was interested in to try, and the lovely second shop assistant who was a lot quieter popped it into the change room for me. I went in, tried it on, it fit (obviously, it’s my size), came out to show my mother… The look on the shop assistants face that it was my size and fit me was probably one of shock I would say, not an ounce of encouragement or a kind word. It was a gorgeous dress, I would have bought it, and probably at least 1 or 2 others for my holiday (at about $500-$600 each) if it wasn’t for the bizarre attitude of the shop assistant. The only redeeming part of the experience was that the other shop assistant seemed willing to help my mother, and wished us a merry Christmas.
