Tried contacting for a free quote" as per there adevertisement. Quoted me 250 "just to show up" than told would also be charges for materials and labor outlining it will cost 400-500. Would not provide break down for quote this was all to replace one single post. He proceeded be be demeaning and abusive over my review.Extremely unprofessional and would not ever recommend.Shortly after was told by a competitor that he tried scamming me and has quoted and booked the work for $200 said it will take under an hour"

This seems to be the same company that was previously trading as Northern Fence and Construction. We were quite dissatisfied with their work. We had one fence built by them (due to neighbour's insistence) and other fences built by a different company. The other company was far better in terms of both the quality of the work and communications. Large holes were left around posts (this was not the case with work by the other company) and rubbish was removed only after we contacted them. The on completion" invoice was received and expected to be paid prior to the rubbish removal

We used instant fence repairs to repair a badly installed colour bond fence/ gate by previous owners of our investment property- it was leaning heavily and the gate wouldn’t open and close properly. Jerry and his team were able to repair the fence by putting in a post and straightening it back up for us, so it works. Jerry was lovely to deal with, as was Jade and the rest of their crew. These guys are busy and with illness we had a couple of days delayed but it was worth it as we saved over $3500 by repairing this fence rather than replacing it, at a fraction of the cost. It’s not 100% perfect but fully functional and has a lot more life in it now- service m8 texting updates with live tracking are also fantastic as you can see live, where your repair man is and how far away and your time isn’t wasted. Thanks again for helping us out.

My second review ever ...that's how bad my experience was...Just read the reviews. Guy who did quote was too lazy to travel to neighbours property to look at potential issue (tree stump pushing over post as he had already been told by me) held his phone over fence to try and capture a pic...sends his workers a week later ...can't complete job as tree stump needs to be removed first...sends us an invoice payable on same day of issue or $110 fine as a late fee. ABN on invoice also appears to be incorrect.Happy to provide evidence of the above and Im sure you will read a reply calling me a troll or providing some other excuse for this review as per others ( standard business practice it seems here)The quality of work may well be good...we didn't get that far !!

From first contact until the job was finished, Jerry and his team were very easy to deal with. After some delays, due to our holiday and then bad weather, Jaret and Flynn came out last Friday and repaired our fence. The guys were a pair of funny characters, full of laughs, but they knew their work and did a great job. After they had finished, they cleaned up the mess, being very helpful in spreading the excess dirt onto our nature-strip which had dips in it after being dug up by Powercor. We are so happy with the finished fence, great to see it standing up straight, rather than having 3 spots where it was leaning badly. Much cheaper having it repaired than replaced, it's quite a long fence so would have been expensive to replace.Thank you again to Jerry and his team, especially Jaret and Flynn.

These guys were great, prompt, on arrival got to work immediately smashed out 3 post repairs with one full post replacement in a few hours. I'd been putting off the repair for years since the original install was botched - I wish I had them round earlier. I really appreciated the updates and honesty on options on fixes and issues, it was refreshing.Great job. Will hire again when other posts go later, would've saved myself money if I called when the first post went.

Highly recommend these guys. They did a great job in repairing my fence and were very accomodating with requests from my neighbour. Once I give it a coat of paint it will look like a new fence again. And they were great guys to deal with.

Highly recommend Jerry from Instant Fence. We had our side fence repaired today & we are very pleased with the results. Jerry and his tradesman were efficient, friendly and very thorough

Messy and overpriced. Threw their rubbish on the street and left the place a mess. Not to mention my neighbour and I paid 2-3 times more than a handyman who could have done a better job.There was a lot of other things that I don’t want to mention but as a warning to anyone needing repairs done. AVOIDEDIT: No I am not a competitor and not in the fencing industry. I am a neighbour who went 50/50 for a fence repair (like most people do).Your employees threw there lunch all over our street. They cut down branches and left them all over my backyard. There was cut up pieces of timber all over my driveway.Not to mention how terrible of a job they did (at a ridiculous price). I am happy to go outside and take pics.They even told my neighbour and I that there boss usually underquotes and purposely 'shafts' people when they are there and was not afraid to express the dislike he has to his boss.I am more than happy to call and discuss the situation if you want. However, judging by your response and how bad the job was, I don't think you are interested in customer complaints or bettering your business.

Ouch! Didn’t show up within their committed time frame nor were we contacted they may be delayed or need to reschedule. No apology instead I was abused for being intolerant and unreasonable. We all have jobs we have to get on with. Can’t sit here for hours not knowing if they will show up or not. And this mess was all for a simple quote. Incredibly distressed by this Company’s response.
