Absolute shame on whoever runs this place. Leaving a young, understaffed team to struggle through the day. Had to wait 20 minutes to be served, only to find there was no beef or rice. Toilets didn’t have soap and the place was massively mismanaged in general. Don’t be a scumbag and out a few extra staff members on to make their day easier and the customer experience much better. Won’t be returning and it’s not their fault.

eaten here twice, both awful. Just got the cinnamon twists and they tasted like burnt oil/plastic and we had to buy a frozen drink down the road just to get the awful taste from our mouths. First time they ruined my meal, tasted old and stale. Both times were awful, I'm never going back here.

First taco bell I've been into in Australia. I guess its a test store. Looks clean and very happy to see a American chain here. Friendly staff. Prepared fresh. Not bad. Can try once

First time eating here. Yuk. Corn chips tasted stale or like old cooking oil. The toppings and fillings were virtually non existent. The minced beef tasted ok if you could find it. Nothing like the appetizing pictures on the board. Oh, but the chips were hot.

Free drink refills. The blonde haired guy was very friendly and helpful with explaining the options of the meal deal. I went with the chipotle burrito and it was tasty. Will return. ( Much nicer than the Robina store and customer service)

Got the app to pre-order but it doesn't do that, they got our order wtong, three soft tacos and two came with a hard shell. The food was just slapped together, it was obvious who ever made it didn't want to be at work that day, half of the cinnamon twists were heavily flavoured and the other half had no cinnamon sugar at all.

Zero Stars!! Service was ok. Workers great, atmosphere ok. FOOD TERRIBLE!First time ever trying Taco Bell. And wow. Disgusting. Nothing to the workers. But to whoever created the menu, none of it works. Flavours were disgusting. Food is not worth the money. The liquid cheese is the worst thing I have ever tried. Honestly don't bother. Very very disappointed. Drink was the only good thing.
