Fast response to my enquiries and an excellent service. The guys showed up on time and were very friendly. They did a wonderful job on my grasstrees and have transformed them for a bushy eyesore to a pleasing focal point. Clean up was immaculate.I'm always dubious about paying a company upfront but would not hesitate with this company.Very happy customer and highly recommended.

We have wanted to update our front garden since we bought the house a few years ago. We had contemplated a couple of Grass trees and visited Grasstrees Australia a little while ago, we took the plunge in April to get 2 plants have them delivered and installed. We couldn't be happier from start to finish... Stephanie in the office was a great help and organized everything. The boys on site Tom and Jordan were great young blokes with a very helpful attitude....we would recommend his company to anyone.. They have helped us get the exact result we wanted

These guys know what they are doing? I have been to several other suppliers of the grass tree and can 100% say that the quality from Grasstrees Australia is by far superior to their competitors. The trunks look far healthier and the leaves greener. Their price is also very good. I already did the running around so just go to these guys and save yourself time and money. This company has a wide range of trees, which are reasonably priced for the quality. I found the customer service to be very good, they upheld the arranged planting details. I found Jordan to be very polite and willing to help answer all my questions. He also left the area clean and tidy.Would highly recommend this company, Thank you Grasstrees.

We purchased two trees last week. great service, we opted to have them delivered and they guys plant them for us. 12 months warranty goes with that. Very professional, great product. Would recommend we are very happy with the product and service.

We used Grasstrees WA to plant 2 large grass trees in our front yard, the customer service we received was amazing. Not only in purchasing our trees but with their continued after care service that they provided was exceptional. I don't often write reviews, but I was so impressed that I thought it was worth putting it out there. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family business to anyone who is interested in planting a grass tree.
