I got the wheatbag I still use, 13 years later, from here. Good spot and the people are friendly and helpful. It smells nice, interesting but not witchy, a lot of natural style shops are a bit creepy but this one isn't.

A great range of products and excellent personalised service. The organic loose leaf teas and spices are a favourite for me and I also love that they stock the replacement filter for my water filter. The prices are very reasonable and there’s the bonus of the monthly member’s day where you get 15% off. Always a pleasant shopping experience

Mel always has plenty of information on each product along with health tips in the monthly newsletter and on their social media pages. Alter Your Health is where I buy all of my natural skincare and cleaning products, vitamin supplements, along with special gifts like their perfumes, make-up and special tea blends.
