Ray White (Asset Management Shailer Park)

After a horrible experience with another local property manager I made the switch to Ray White Shailer park back in 2014 and have never looked back. I have never had a bad experience with them, they have always communicated in a timely and professional manner. They have made the process so easy. Rebecca has been my contact since the beginning and she has always been a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended Ray White Shailer park before and will continue to.

We have been renting through RW shailer park now for about 18months. Our property manager Kristie is absolutely amazing. As are all the other staff I've had contact with. The communication is great. Issues on either end are understood and resolved quickly. I never feel nervous contacting her like I have with previous Realestates. I would highly recommended going through RW shailer park

Rebecca Hoswell and the Ray white Shailer Park managment team are the most incompetent and non-trust worthy managment team in all of QLD.Their inability to manage my rental property left me with no hesitation to move to another property managment group. Rebecca and her team have lied miss managed my property and it took a tentant to move out with no notice for me to notice the incompetence of this team.There was no follow up, no real answers why the tenant left, I had to manage this from overseas. Rebecca then consquently would not handle the court hearing for the tentant and I. Rebecca became non-contactable and would not share the file with the new managment group. I sent muliple emails asking Rebecca and her team to either go to court or hand over the file, she chose to ignore all requests. Family memebers would go on my behalf to meet with her and she would promise to help and then would do nothing.If you have a property that's being managed by this group, you should look for other options, they are completely incompetent.

The Ray White Shailer Park Rental Team go the extra mile. Super friendly and helpful! All our experiences with them have been excellent, efficient and they are always prompt in responding to our needs, well mannered, polite and understanding. We have been tenants under their care for 2 years now and have such a high respect for what they do and how they do it. That's why we give them 5 stars! Thanks Team!
