Booked 1.5 months in advance for my to enjoy a remedial massage on my birthday mid December, only to receive a message a couple weeks later after booking, saying the treatment provider will be away this day.Ask your staff to block out their annual leave on your booking website, so customers can't book appointments on those days. Also surely, 1.5 months is enough time to arrange a temp replacement.

I've had nothing but positive experiences having physiotherapy with Warren. I've gone from having excruciating neck and back pain to being pain free and back in the gym doing dead lifts.I trust his knowledge and experience, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
