My first time at HappyPaws. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed with my 2 dachshunds. My vet Jess took things slowly and took the time to engage with my girls as my older one was a bit nervous. Jess listened to what I had to say and I felt very comfortable and valued. I cannot fault the service. It is now my go to vet

Happy paws is the best vet on the coast! My cat Eddie has been going there since he was a little and even though he seems to have meltdowns every now and then, the whole staff makes us feel welcome and comfortable! Professional vets & nurses and Tay from the front desk is an absolute superstar!

The team here is amazing, and went above and beyond to help our little kitty recover back to health. Their level of customer service and care is above any other experience I've had with local vets before, and they even called on specialist advisors to ensure a correct diagnosis. All of the staff who were involved were professional, highly knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and explained everything to us in really simple terms. They checked in a number of times afterwards to ensure the recovery and medications were all going okay. I would recommend their services 100%

We were on holidays when my Beagle Boy had a nasty viral infection appear on his leg. Dr Jessica and the entire Happy Paws team could not have been more welcoming nor thorough in their consult and care for both of us. I'd highly recommend any local or holiday maker whose pooch needs medical care and attention to this awesome clinic. Thanks to Team Happy Paws, The Apster is on the mend.

I have been going to Happy Paws with my beloved 17 year handsome cat George for years and sadly he passed away a week ago. The staff were with me and George when the time came to say goodbye. I absolutely adore the staff there. They are the most compassionate down to earth girls that I have come across. Always there for me and George. They not only care for the animals but the families as well. Sharing in good times and the most heartbreaking of times. I have made some wonderful friends there and will continue to pop in and say hi. Ayana, Dr Jess and Dr Em, Tay etc are all angels and were placed here on earth for such a good reason.

Happy Paws team were amazing, and really put the well being of the cat first. Initially had a diagnosis from a different vet clinic in Arundel who did not know me and after a 5min rough handling of the cat said, needed eye and dental treatment and if we cannot afford it, put it down because he is in bad shape. (What!!!) Shocking and because I was wearing a mask, could not see my open mouth dropped to the floor in horror. The cat named Yesmio did not belong to me, and I was just helping the owner who is a sick elderly woman take it in for a check up.Needless to say, I scoured the internet for another vet, as I have never been to one on the coast. I am not even a pet owner. So relied heavily on the reviews and Happy Paws had the best and top reviews. Rang them and immediately the positive, friendly and helpful team of Ayana and Taylor at the desk already eased my worries. Took Yesmio in and what a BIG difference. Had a cat room, especially catered with scents to soothe and calm the cat. Dr Jess addressed Yesmio (not like the other dude who did not even bothered to say hi and grabbed him out of the bag). Dr Jess than talked and patted Yesmio before examining him. She was very gentle. She explained everything in detailed, was patient with all my queries and broke down what treatment and costs is needed for him. It was so reassuring that the diagnosis was not a death sentence as initially the other dude had said.Happy Paws really adhere to their ethos and that is Putting your pet first". I remember saying to Ayana over the phone that I feel I should call them up every morning before I go to work to set me up in a positive and happy mood. So encouraging to see the love and care they have for the animals. The whole process was very smooth and efficient even on the administration side.I do not write reviews but it was reviews that saved Yesmio from getting put down. So thank you all who wrote honest reviews. It also pays to get a second opinion especially when your intuitive tells you to.Thank you Dr Jess

Vanessa and the team were so very thorough and caring . They explained fully everything through out my dog’s examination as well as the steps of what comes next regarding treatment and home care plans. There were enthusiastic and passionate!

We moved to qld at the start of the year and got so lucky to have happy paws as our local vet. I thought I would try happy paws because they were the closest to home. We have been twice now and I am SO impressed with with service. We see Dr. Jess, she is so nice. She really cares and listens. I found the staff very proffessional, approachable & happy to answer any concerns i had. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others. 5+ Stars.

We took our 12weeks old puppy for the first time. Very informative and friendly. Look forward to coming back for a booster shot in couple of weeks.
