Great tutors

My daughter has been attending Kip McGrath since 2019 when she was in year 3. She has improved immensely where now she is in year 6 completing year 7 level maths with ease. She finds maths no longer challenging and actually enjoys the subject with full confidence. Danica and the tutors have been always extremely helpful and we have nothing but admiration to them for there dedication to our daughter. Keep up the great work.

I would not recommend this place. It is too similar to a school classroom setting where there is no real 1-1 with a teacher and half the time the kids are in front of a computer doing work that could be found on many apps these days. During school holidays they continue to charge for a computer based program which never worked on our iPad or PC even though it is made for iPad, it seemed to us like an extra money grab. Towards the end of our time at this place we struggled to exit the program. They require 2 weeks written notice which is understandable. When we provided this via email (replying to an email they sent me) they claimed to not have received our email informing of the exit. Screenshots of the original emails were sent as proof we gave the notice, but they continued to charge us for an extra 2 weeks for no service. They were unreasonable in my opinion as an email can go to Junk Mail. So screenshots as proof of date and time sent should be enough.

Six months of my daughter attending the centre has seen a significant turn around in her learning.
