Very disappointing service. My husband called a couple of weeks ago, to arrange repairs to our car. When he told them what type of car it was and the issue, they proceeded to insult our vehicle and said they wouldn’t even look at it as it would be too much work. The receptionist said we’d most likely need a whole new engine.. not sure how this could be determined without even having looked at the vehicle!!! My husband was actually speechless when these words were said to him.We took it to another local mechanic who fixed the issue within 24 hours and a total cost of $450. Very far from requiring whole new engine. Extremely disappointed with the customer service we received and will definitely not be contacting this business again.

My Aunty Jenny And Uncle Chris's mechanical business. I had a Datsun 1600 Head machined here years ago for $250 when I owned a 1972 Datsun 1600 Tri-Matic with bad rust and bad head gasket problem (that was before they moved here from their Avondale Rd location). Although I got the head done, my car never ran again. The motor was too gone. Sadly, it ended up at the scrap yard after that.

So helpful and really friendly. Definitely recommend - they do a great job with services and repairs.

All the staff from reception to the mechanics are a class above! My mum was referred to them a few years ago after moving to the area having been widowed. Car issues were a worry for her but since becoming a customer of theirs they have gone above and beyond. She trusts them and knows they will do the right thing by her. Hats off to you all. Thank you so much for your integrity and kindness.

A++ if I could give more stars I would, you don’t get service like this anywhere anymore excellent! Jen is a dream to deal with and her team in the workshop are efficient and do quality work. Will be back for sure.
