The new motor registration environment is so inviting and clean they are brilliant there the help forming and reliability is so beautiful too see such a safe and happy healthy environment too go into thanking staff members for all your help

We moved to Batemans Bay about 1 year ago and have taken both our cars to get serviced & rego. They are friendly, quick, reliable & very helpful. So happy we found this place & wouldn't go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly attentive quick service

Outstanding & friendly service. Given a couple of days notice, rather than just turning up unannounced, BBRC provided me a very fast and efficient pre-registration inspection that took less than an hour to complete. The coffee shop next store is an added bonus!

Been taking my car to Batemans Bay registration centre for a few years now, found Ian to have a quick wit and a humorous banter about him, always my pleasure very to have him inspect my car for rego. I have found Ian to be a competent mechanic who takes the time to ensure my car is safe and job well done.

I know where to put the petrol in and how to swipe my credit card at the end of every service - that's the extent of my automotive knowledge. And don't the mechanics love me!The last one I've been with for the past three years kept scheduling my car for another service every three months or so, and he would always find something to replace or repair or simply add to the bill.At his last service in April at 105,761km, he stuck a label in the upper corner of the windshield to remind me to let him vandalise my credit card again in June or when the odometer reading had reached 115,000km, whichever comes sooner.What with the few kilometres we do these days, June came much sooner than the 115,000km and, despite putting off the suggested service by weeks and even a couple of months, we were still only on 109,000km yesterday when I finally pulled in at another mechanic's place to ask him about the need to service the car almost as often as I fill up with petrol.He looked at the logbook and the rego - which is due in December - and said, Come back then and we'll do the rego check and service all in one. Passing through Batemans Bay, went in for simple heater hose replacement, business owner was rude and happy to mock me to other customers. I bought the hose myself, they botched it and broke the heater tap which then needed to be replaced. The mechanic doing the work was a nice guy but the owner was such a jerk I would avoid In future.
