After seeing Superior fencing 's website and seeing a fence exactly what we wanted we asked for a fence exactly like that photo, even emailed them the photo from their site.Quote was expensive but we thought it was pretty resonable seen as the photo example had block piers.We were extremely disappointed with what the end result was, it was nothing like what we had asked for.We complained and the response we got was we are not brick layers" which we were extremely unhappy with

The black aluminium spiked fence you did for us along the front of our house at Upper Lancaster Road Ascot still looks great all these years later. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

Contacted Superior for a quote after having been very happy with the work they did about 4 years ago. This time a totally different experience. After waiting a fortnight for a quote appointment, the estimator was significantly late to arrive, I waited another fortnight to be mailed the quote, when it did not arrive I rang to follow-up, was promised a return call, no call, waited a week, followed up again, same run around, then the same again another week later, by the time I had been following up for a month for the quote (6 weeks since I made the appointment) I had my call returned by the manager, and was told they had to come out and redo the quote. When I finally received the quote it was neither particularly expensive nor cheap, but decided not to use them as I didn't want to risk similar unreliability or lack of customer service. This is no reflection on their receptionist who was polite and did everything she could to help.

We have had Superior Fencing do our gates at the front of our house a few years back,and got great job done.I have just had the back fence done by them.saved a lot of money,very good price and an excellent job. Their contractor was very particular.I would certainly recommend Superior Fencing to anyone.

To be brutally honest my partner and I are very disappointed in our experience with Superior Fences...Originally our first quote was $1000 less then all other places, so we went with them. Only to be told the quote was wrong then it was pushed up to $1000.We were told completion of the fence would be 2-3 days. Where it actually took along the lines of 10 days.After completion I was happy - The fence looked great. However It only lasted less then a month for our front gate in the drive way to fall off. Ringing head office and being told they will ring around and find someone in the next couple of weeks to come and fix it.One week after that phone call, Our fence is still off its hinges and sitting on the floor. Our yard is no longer dog proof and we have to lock our dog inside while we are at work.Extremely disappointed.

Have just had the boys put in a new frameless glass pool fence. After accepting their quote, we settled on our property discovered a panel was completely broke, thus being a major safety issue, I called Tim and was wrapped to say Darren was out the next day to install. Amazing. The fence looks stunning and we are so wrapped with the service and follow up we received. Looking forward to seeing you again in a few weeks for our new gate! Thanks heaps guys.

I'll begin by saying we were very satisfied with the fence/s we had installed. The tradesman who completed the installation was very professional and did his best to complete the job as quickly as possible. We were most appreciative of this as prior to this installation we and other neighbours had been troubled with intruders. That said , we were somewhat disappointed at the attitude of some staff members to their colleagues. This concern has been discussed with the manager of the SFG'S and sorted to our satisfaction again in a very professional and honest way. We would be happy to recommend this company to others seeking a modern , well constructed fence.

Superior Fences have completed two jobs for us- front boundary fencing and pool fencing. Excellent work and employees and so pleased to support a local Australian manufacturing business. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My mother and I engaged Superior Fences to build our front fence and were very happy with the end result. We have had many people comment on how great the fence looks. We were very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff involved.

Superior Fencing installed a fence that would not pass a building inspection and refused to fix it as warranty period had expired. During the warranty period they repaired it multiple times by re-screwing it down as a bandage quick fix. They attached a 6 ft high fence to a wooden deck by screwing it down with nails. When the wind blows it causes the fence to sway and lift up from the deck. It has ruined my deck, damaged my beams and has caused my additional costs to get it repaired properly by another professional organisation. I would not use them ever again.
