The Butcher's Pantry
I’m very excited to have found a low and slow barbecue styled butcher. They are open late during the week so I can drop in on my way through. Stocking quality brands like Cape Grim, Rangers Valley and Bass Strait. Lots of rubs and sauces too. They also do carcass butchering so every cut is available to consumers, and they actually know all the cutsI can’t wait to use them more and more
