Great work ripping up my carpet and polishing the boards underneath. Terry was on time, had a good price and kept in close communication. There wasn't much more he could have done! I really recommend his services.

Absolutely fantastic job by the very hard working Terry. Terry came on time as he said he would, started work straight away and did not waste any time at all. My floors were a mess with patches of worn out timber, unpolished sections, horribly polished parts, with dirt and hair and paint stuck to it, thanks to whoever attempted to polish them before.Terry quoted me a very competitive price from photos that I sent him, also came over and had a look in person. Booked his services at the next availability and go to work. Everything was done in 3 days, minimal dust during the sanding, and all clean by the time he was done. We were told what to expect and what to do and not do in the first period and so far so good.I highly recommend Terry to whoever is after a refresher of their timber floors, his 20+ years of experience will not disappoint. Terry brought our floors back to new looking, got rid of the discoloration, scratches and marks from the last 20 years. He arrived punctually, worked hard, has very good equipment and charged us a reasonable price considering the work involved. Happy to recommend him.

We were really happy with the work Terry did. He managed to rejuvenate our whole house even though some of the floors had not been touched for many, many years. He provided excellent advice and was professional and reliable. It was a big job and yet he got it done in good time and left the place looking fantastic. Terry and his team are wonderful. I wasn't expecting too much from my 100-year-old, slightly tatty floorboards but Acclaimed Floor Sanding delivered, and then some, at a reasonable price. My Art Deco apartment in Summer Hills has been transformed and I'm very happy! Terry is a nice bloke, and he's been doing it for years. He does what he says, works tidily and now the whole house is sanded and polished we are very happy with the result. Terry was fantastic! We got him in to patch sand and resurface the flooring of two of our timber workshop classrooms (public high school). These floors were well used and abused, parquetry flooring (60+ years old).Terry was professional and honest at every point from quotation, to completing works. For a big job, it only took around 5 days to complete, with the results clearly showing the effort and precision he takes with his work. On top of this, Terry also helped greatly with the movement of furniture (which was not his job at all). Reliable, delivered what was promised and in good time with a great price. Highly recommend.
