Terrible Company. A driver (female) on bus 28 constantly taps the brakes to make children be quiet" and "sit down". Children are bullied to the point of removing them from the bus before their stop making the walk home. Complete breach of duty of care and unsafe. Their complaints procedure is non existent or admin refuse to acknowledge any problems and instead hang up the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE! The public bus is safer and more reliable. A short scroll of other reviews and their experiences sums it up also."

I’ve never had to ring a company as many times as I have this one. Unimpressive to say the least and the lack of customer care is disgusting. They will take your money but when it comes to you asking why they haven’t added your bus assistance they never get back to you.

5 stars is for Robbie and Zero stars is for Susie. Skip Susie at reception and go straight to Robbie for any information. Susie is an angry individual that needs retraining on customer service and to see a dietician. After doing my homework I showed and explained the route that goes past our property but she wouldnt listen and persistently denied our eligibility. Still calm i asked her to give me the number for her supervisor and her words were “we dont give out numbers”. She would then take 2 phone calls in the middle of our conversation and walk out on me with no explanation (lucky im a patient guy) to return a second time with the supervisors phone number.(I thought you dont give out numbers dumbo). After explaining the route to the supervisor he said we would be fine to apply for a school pass and to let dumbo Susie know. Im glad i exposed your ignorance and bullying you probably get away with others. Not me susie poosie.

Thank you so much to Robin and Justin for our amazing bus trips. We are so grateful for the way you support our kiddies and staff. You always go above and beyond all the time and accept our kids for who they are. I am so grateful to have you for our bus drivers. Thank you so much for the fun and service you provide.

If you call and Suzie picks up, keep calling until you get someone else. I've never come across anyone more angry or less helpful. If I hadn't have witnessed first hand the level of agro over a simple question, I wouldn't have believed it was possible.

Most of the bus drivers are good but some of them are rough drivers and unsure of the roads. Running over gutters or dropping off/picking up far away because they cant get closer however other drivers are able to do it.

Coming out of yarrabilba this morning at 7am turning left onto Waterford Tamborine road, one of these buses came flying past. It tried to cut off a Ute that was trying to merge over at the end of the merging lane.I was doing 80 (the speed limit) and this bus was so far ahead of me it was crazy. It would’ve easy been doing 110 through windy roads.And we allow these type of people to drive our kids around? It was bus 19I got the rego and I will be reporting it further the person driving should not have a job.

Appalling communication and customer service. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rang so many times over several days and no one was answering plus no answering machine. Eventually got to talk to a human and she was so rude and unhelpful. I was absolutely calm and polite to her but she was rude and agro nonetheless.I don't care if she's busy, that's not an excuse for her being obstructive and reluctant to actually help to resolve the issues we had. Logan Coaches needs to employ more admin staff. Wish there was an alternative bus company I could use.

My daughter catches bus 34 with Tom and we could not have asked for a better bus driver. He is most friendly, thoughtful and goes out of his way to make sure that our children are safe and cared for. Thank you for taking pride in your work.

7/6/23My 10 year old son's bus was 15 minutes late picking him up for school this morning. Once again no message explaining why.
